- Description: Supports veterans as they prepare for secure careers. Staff work with program participants as they become job ready. Partners with businesses and organizations to help military service members get access to jobs and careers. Helps veterans with throughout the job application process. Supportive services include computer training, job search, job retention, and clothes for interviews.

- Eligibility: To be eligible for VIP program, individuals must meet the following criteria: - Must have served at least 180 days in active military - Must NOT have been dishonorably discharged - Willing to remain actively engaged with the VIP team. - Interested in working and living in Santa Clara County. - Must be currently homeless, or at risk of being homeless (having received a 3-day eviction notice) or have acquired housing within the past 60 days or currently has HUD-VASH voucher.
